Ready-made report commands in Mind: Logo reports across 16 business areas with /

Type / in the question box and pick a command: ready-made reports across 16 business areas, from sales to stock and from finance to payroll, are drawn onto the board as cards. How to add a period and a filter, and what a partial report means.

A manager's question usually belongs to one module: sales, receivables, stock, production. Getting that report from Logo data normally means opening the module's report screen, setting filters and exporting to Excel every time. In iyibir Mind, the ready-made version of these reports sits in the menu that opens when you type / in the question box. You pick a command and the result is added to the board as cards.

What happens when you type /

Typing / in the question box opens a menu. The report commands are listed with a short description and a support status. Command names appear in English; descriptions and report results are in Turkish. For example, /sales-overview bu ay (this month) returns this month's sales indicators with the trend, target, funnel and risks. Results are added to the board on the right of the chat as key figure cards, charts and tables, and a short summary is written in the chat.

You don't have to give up free questions. A Turkish question such as "Bu ay satış hedefinin neresindeyiz?" (Where are we against this month's sales target?) is still asked and Mind picks the right analysis. A command is the shortcut when you want to run a specific report directly.

16 business areas, with example commands in each

Commands span 16 business areas. A few examples from each:

  • Sales: /sales-overview (sales indicators, trend, target, funnel and risks), /sales-funnel (the sales funnel from quotation to collection), /sales-returns (sales return amount and rate).
  • Collections and receivables: /receivables-aging (receivables by due and delay bracket), /collections-performance (receivable turnover days, collection rate and the collection effectiveness index).
  • Finance and accounting: /profit-loss (revenue, cost, expense and period profit), /financial-ratios (liquidity, leverage and profitability ratios).
  • Cash and treasury: /cash-position (current cash position by cash and bank account), /cash-runway (how many months cash lasts at the monthly net outflow).
  • Purchasing: /open-purchase-orders (incomplete purchase orders), /payables-aging (supplier payables by days overdue).

  • Foreign trade: /import-overview (import files, customs and delivery), /landed-cost (total cost of imported goods including freight and customs).
  • Projects: /project-budget-vs-actual (project budget against actuals), /project-milestones (late and upcoming milestones).
  • Customers: /customer-concentration (share of revenue from the largest customers), /new-customers (customers invoiced for the first time in the period).
  • e-Documents: /e-invoice-status (e-Invoice sending, acceptance and errors), /e-ledger-status (e-Ledger period and sending status).
  • People and payroll: /headcount-overview (headcount), /payroll-overview (payroll cost and staff expense).

Adding a period and a filter

After the command you type the period: /sales-overview geçen ay (last month). Supported periods are this month, last month, this quarter, last quarter, this year, last year, the last 3 months and the last 12 months, written in Turkish. If you don't type a period, the command's default period is used.

Where a command supports it, you can filter by customer or supplier (cari), product (malzeme) or warehouse (ambar): /sales-returns cari Örnek, /critical-stock ambar Merkez, /sales-products malzeme Rulman son 12 ay. One filter is written at a time. If a name matches several records, Mind lists the candidates and asks you to type the code; if a filter can't be applied, Mind doesn't run the command without it and says why.

How ready is each command

Not every command is equally complete, and Mind doesn't hide that. As of 14 October 2026 the catalogue has 168 commands; 155 of them run (138 fully, 17 partially), and 13 ask for data that Logo doesn't keep and say why. The menu shows a status next to each command: "Hazır katalog sorgusu" (ready catalogue query), "Kısmi destek" (partial support), "Bağlantı gerekli" (connection required). When a command runs partially, the card says in one sentence which part of the report is missing; it doesn't present the missing part as if it were there.

Where the figures come from

Every command runs pre-written, measured fixed queries. The figures on the board are the query result; the model writing the answer in the chat doesn't produce numbers, it only explains the result. You can see which query and which Logo tables a card came from with "Nereden?" on the card.

Asking after a command

After running a report you continue in the same conversation in plain language: "Geçen ayla karşılaştır." (Compare with last month.), "Bölge bazında kır." (Break it down by region.), "Sadece tahsilat risklerini göster." (Show only collection risks.) Follow-up questions keep the previous report's module, period and board context. A conversation that starts with a command takes the command's name; you can rename it with the pencil button.

Analysis or command

Mind's ready-made analyses cover 15 questions asked in everyday Turkish: sales summary, sales target and achievement, critical stock, cash and bank balances and so on. Report commands open this list up to 16 business areas. They don't replace each other: when you type a question freely, Mind picks the analysis; when you pick a command with /, you decide which report runs. If your question matches no analysis, Mind says so; it doesn't present a report that doesn't exist.

What the statuses in the menu mean

  • "Hazır katalog sorgusu" (ready catalogue query): the report's basic data comes from the verified ERP catalogue.
  • "Kısmi destek" (partial support): some sections of the report are ready, and the missing sections are stated clearly.
  • "Bağlantı gerekli" (connection required): it can't run until the ERP connection is set up.
  • "Yetki gerekli" (permission required): user or data-class permission is needed.

These statuses tell you up front how far you can trust a command before taking it to a meeting. A partial report that looks complete is worse than a report that isn't ready returning empty without a word; Mind does neither.

The full command list and what each command contains are on the Report commands page of the guide.
