Every completed question and answer in the product counts as one question. The monthly allowance renews on the 1st of each month (Türkiye time). You get a warning at 80% of your allowance; at the limit, new questions stop and the panel offers an extra question pack or a higher plan. No overage is charged automatically.
The trial lasts 14 days or 100 questions, whichever comes first. No card is asked for, and the trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own.

What counts as a question?
Every completed question and answer in the product counts as one question. Errors from the AI provider and budget refusals are not deducted from your allowance.
What happens when I reach my question limit?
You get a warning at 80% of your allowance. At the limit, new questions stop and the panel offers an extra question pack or a higher plan. No overage is charged automatically; the allowance renews on the 1st of each month (Türkiye time).
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately; the new allowance opens right away and the difference, prorated for the remaining days of the period, is added to your next invoice. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the period (at the end of the year on yearly plans); you keep using your current plan until the end of the paid period.
How am I invoiced?
Monthly plans are invoiced monthly and yearly plans are invoiced once a year. The invoice is issued in TL at the CBRT (TCMB) foreign exchange selling rate of the business day before the invoice date; it shows the USD amount and the rate applied. VAT is added to all prices.
Does the free trial turn into a paid subscription automatically?
No. The trial lasts 14 days or 100 questions, whichever comes first; no card is asked for and it never turns into a paid subscription on its own. If you want to continue, you start the subscription from the iyibir Cloud panel.
How is the TL amount on the invoice determined?
Our list prices are in USD. The invoice is issued in TL: the USD amount is converted at the CBRT (TCMB) foreign exchange selling rate of the business day before the invoice date, and the invoice shows both the USD amount and the rate. On yearly prepaid plans the rate is fixed on the invoice date.
